Australian underwater photographer Jeremy Ferris has always considered sharks to be misunderstood creatures. He was interested in doing an underwater shoot with ship wrecks and sharks but faced obstacles sourcing a reliable team to take on this task.
When the opportunity arose to snap fashion images with an experienced team from Stuart Cove’s, Ferris jumped at the chance.
Together with shark handlers Rudy Ferguson and Kieran McGuire, as well as diver and model Charlotte Faulkner, Ferris captured images at an old ship wreck site, 75-feet below the surface in Nassau–capital of the Bahamas.
Although there was no mention about the species of shark that the team encountered, Stuart Cove’s regularly operates shark dives.
